															Harassment Protocol
Sateliot is committed to promoting a culture that guarantees equality, respect, and dignity. The company rejects any form of workplace harassment, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, or any other discrimination based on race or ethnicity, religion or beliefs, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other personal or social condition or circumstance. Additionally, Sateliot opposes any form of workplace violence, whether physical or psychological.
 
															Reporting Violations Policy
This document outlines the general principles and procedures for reporting violations committed by the Company and provides protection for both whistleblowers and reported individuals, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, and Law 2/2023 of 20 February, which implements it.

Sateliot provides communication channels through which our employees and anyone with a work-related relationship with us can confidentially and securely report any violations or irregularities committed by the Company’s staff or administrators.
